This role focuses on improving patient care and outcomes through specialized rehabilitation therapies, developing patient treatment plans, and overseeing physical recovery processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grounding in rehabilitation medicine with a passion for patient-centered care. Evaluate patient medical histories and physical conditions to determine rehabilitation needs. Develop comprehensive treatment plans to address patient-specific needs. Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care. Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes. Conduct research to enhance treatment protocols and rehabilitation techniques. Expert knowledge of physical medicine and rehabilitation principles. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using medical software and rehabilitation equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Valid state medical license.
