View, WY 82939 A Safety Specialist's Day As a Safety Specialist you
would conduct job site safety audits that align with and support
safe working conditions. Assisting with the design, development,
and implementation for continuous improvement of the company's
comprehensive safety and health programs is imperative. With this
role being in the telecom industry, you will have the opportunity
to practice and teach safe climbing for our cell site technicians,
as well as teach several other courses such as OSHA and defensive
driving to name a few. This position is onsite located at our
corporate headquarters in Mountain View, Wyoming. Relocation

reading! Essential Duties and Responsibilities These duties
include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as a model
for safe work behaviors and demonstrates safety leadership and
commitment. Conduct job site safety audits and facility safety
inspections. Conduct incident investigations, documents and make
recommendations for prevention of similar incidents. Conduct field
drug and alcohol testing in compliance with company policy and
applicable regulations. Develop and conduct safety training classes
for all departments. Training topics will include but are not
limited to; certification for fall protection and tower climbing,
OSHA 10, CPR/AED/First Aid, and Defensive Driving along with proper
operation of fleet vehicles. Ensure and monitor training
effectiveness through review of audit reports or feedback from
Human Resources, company leaders, and employees. Generate and
suggest alternatives and improvements for safety programs and
procedures. Develop, implement, and maintain databases for tracking
training and safety related information. Willingness to travel and
work in remote environments in the high altitudes of the beautiful

and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent
combination of education/training and work experience in a related
safety field or three- to five-years related work experience.
Certified OSHA 501 10 & 30 general industry trainer. Preferred -
Certified CPR/AED/first aid trainer. Preferred - Certified NSC
defensive driver instructor. Preferred - Certified climbing
