Job Title: Site ManagerJob Code:FLSA Status: ExemptReports to: Director of OperationsLast Revised: 01/26/2020Supervises: support staff, including receptionists and medical assistants.Job Summary: The Site Manager administers the daily operations of outpatient, medical and dental facilities of MCHC. The Site Manager provides administrative support and oversees the hiring and training of staff members, liaise with patients and healthcare professionals, and coordinates oversight of patient care, and the sites environment of care.Job QualificationsEducation or Formal Training (Licenses/Certifications):Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, or related field, preferred.High School Diploma or GED Required.Experience:Two (2) years' minimum experience, preferably in a clinical setting as MA, or RN preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.Knowledge of clinic scheduling, policy and procedures for front office, electronic medical record, UDS quality measures, HIPAA and medical assistant skills.Technical knowledge and computer skills required.Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and patient skills required.Multi-line phone proficiency required.Language:Bilingual: English/Spanish, preferred.Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:Current CPR certification required, along with any required maintenance.Current personal immunization records, along with any required maintenance.Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all MCHC records, PII, and PHI (created, received, maintained, or transmitted).Ability to interact and engage professionally with diverse population and work well under pressure (multi-tasking).Must have reliable transportation.Travel: Minimal, as required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to display a professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to follow all MCHC policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, actively participate and attend employee meetings and complete required training programs in a timely manner.Ability to promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of MCHC.Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure superior results and team success.Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.Ability to think and act independently to find solutions.Is task and deadline oriented.Ability to take on ownership of assignments and communicate status, issues, etc., and follow-through to completion.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.DESCRIPTIONFREQUENCY(%)25% Coordinates MCHC processes, programs, and functions within and/or across sites. Facilitates exacting quality/compliance control and utilization. Directs/assists in projects as assigned by Executive and Medical Directors, Director of Support Services, etc. Provides updates of all operational completions, upcoming tasks, and any concerns with a proposed solution, as needed.25% Researches, analyzes and evaluates, and implements evolved efficiency standards related to current facility practices, procedures and day-to-day operational and patient flow. Develops alternative processes or procedures to meet and potentially enhance operational effectiveness. Has accountability to reduce patient wait time and evaluate/recommend/implement scheduling of patient appointments and coordination of provider/patient/clinic needs.20% Facilitates all QI/QA and PCMH activities within their site (or across sites) in collaboration with the Director of Support Services and the QA/QA Coordinator. Responsible for all performance measures for their clinic and providing transparency and availability of use. 20Site manager is responsible for the management of support staff, effective patient flow, customer service standards, and medical records, including the management of medical support staff and coordinator of providers schedules.Responsible for improving measurable patient satisfaction. Must address and resolve patient concerns in a compassionate and timely manner to maintain a consistent 'patient friendly' clinic environment. This task is often done in tandem with the Front Desk Supervisor and/or Director of Support Services.Performs other duties as assigned.
