Job Description:

Ashley Regional Medical CenterOperates machines which are used to measure and record the electrical activity of brain waves and nervous system via electrodes and assists physician with necessary services needed to care for their patientsDuties

Explains, prepares and performs EEG procedures on patients as ordered by the physician
Consistently coordinates with co-workers and physicians in regards to patient pre-certification for services and scheduling appointments.
During testing, monitors the patient's status and notes any abnormalities. Reports findings to physician and documents results.
Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas.
Helps front desk with phones and patient questions or concerns as needed.
