Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a rewarding team environment? YVB is seeking a motivated producer with proven lending experience to join our Mortgage Department. In this salaried plus commission-based position, the Mortgage Lender will be responsible for building new mortgage lending opportunities and developing referral relationships with realtors, builders, and other sources to proactively solicit business. $50,000 annually, depending on experience. Plus Commissions. Eligible for Notary Bonus and Annual Discretionary Bonus.

Requirements Qualifications include: 2+ years mortgage lending experience. Proven referral network and demonstrated success in prospecting, generating leads, closing business and consistently meeting/exceeding production goals. Understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting and closing procedures. Thorough knowledge of current mortgage lending guidelines and regulations (FHA, VA Conventional, FHLMC, FNMA, private investor) - -
