Crew Team Member wages start at $11.00/hour for ages 16+ and $10.00/hour for ages 14-15.

As a Crew Team Member, you may be responsible for:

* Welcome all customers with a smile and ensure their needs are met while they are dining with us
* Elevate the guest experience to increase brand loyalty and bring guests back again!
* Taking accurate food orders or help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
* Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
* Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
* Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
* Ensuring items are well stocked
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
