Job Description:

Taking one to two individuals down the river and helping them in their fly fishing skills or teaching them to fly fish Maneuvering a drift boat down small rapids or down certain parts of the river with safety and caution to keep the customers safe Making hot lunches with a grill or putting together cold lunches for the customer Going down certain sections of the green river depending on what you and the client decide is best for the time of year or what the customer prefers Being friendly and respectful of the customers you take down the river You can be very busy during the months of April through October depending on how many guide trips you want and how many guide trips are booked If you don't have a drift boat, then the company can borrow you one The company has employee housing and also a space to park your RV if you have one You get discounts on Fly's for fishing and also discounts in the store and restaurant if you choose to work here You will be required at times to work in the Sporting goods sections helping customers if you do not have many trips Trips are paid per trip, working in the Sporting Goods section is paid hourly
