Ashley Regional Medical CenterReceptionist / PBX Operator is responsible for both internal and external customer service by providing information to hospital patients, visitors, physicians and team members via phone and walk-ins. - -Essential Duties

• Answers incoming internal and external customer telephone lines, obtains necessary information and routes calls to appropriate destinations in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist walk-ins with registration, hospital information, patient information, bill pay, etc.
