Polysomnographic / Sleep Tech Location: Roosevelt, UT Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Night Shift | Roosevelt, UT Join our Cardiopulmonary team as a Respiratory Therapist delivering expert care for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. Working under the supervision of the Respiratory Medical Director, you ll perform assessments, prioritize patient care, and provide life-saving respiratory interventions in a fast-paced environment. What You ll Do: Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and deliver targeted care Provide rapid, accurate triage and prioritize treatment based on patient needs Monitor patient status and communicate critical updates to Emergency Department physicians Perform therapeutic interventions including oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator support Carry out diagnostic evaluations and maintain precise therapy documentation Follow clinical protocols, policies, and physician orders with strict adherence Educate patients, families, and caregivers on respiratory care and management Ensure safe handling, cleaning, and maintenance of respiratory equipment What You Bring: Active Utah State Respiratory Therapist Licensure Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program NBRC credential in good standing Current BCLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in dynamic settings Cerner EMR experience preferred Less than 1 year experience accepted; newer RRTs encouraged to apply AARC/USRC membership preferred but not required Core Strengths Needed: Clinical decision-making and patient assessment expertise Emergency response and triage proficiency Airway management and ventilator support skills Accurate and thorough documentation Effective communication and collaboration across care teams Equipment proficiency and safety awareness Patient- and family-centered education Why Join?
