Pediatrician Opportunity | High-Demand, Full-Time Practice | Southwest Wyoming Join a pediatric practice in scenic Southwest Wyoming, where a hospital-employed clinic is seeking a Pediatric physician. With strong support, minimal competition, and growing demand, you'll be positioned to make a lasting impact on the community. Practice Setting ? Step into a well-established, high-volume pediatric clinic serving a large and loyal patient base ? Supported by three experienced nurse practitioners and an office team ? Housed in a modern facility with updated pediatric-specific equipment and exam space ? Located within a critical access hospital system focused on patient-centered care Schedule ? Full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday schedule ? Flexible options to customize hours in coordination with the Clinic Director ? Call responsibilities up to 10 days per month, including: ? Rounding on pediatric and newborn inpatients ? Performing circumcisions ? Attending C-sections and deliveries upon OB request ? Strong backup support from hospitalists and emergency medicine teams Compensation & Benefits ? Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 through hospital employment ? Generous $25,000 signing bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation support ? Up to $90,000 in student loan repayment ?
