facility with a three-story Women's Center and Infusion Center.
Ashley Regional is a designated Level IV Trauma Center, has been
designated as a Stroke Receiving Facility by the Utah State
Department of Health, is Chest Pain Accredited, and offers a wide

direct patient care to ICU patients using the nursing process in
accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Current Utah or compact
state Registered Nurse license Basic Life Support (BLS) (must
obtain within 6 months) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
(must obtain within 6 months) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
