Position Summary:

Provides direct patient care to patients during surgical procedures using the nursing process in accordance
with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Utah or compact state Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (must obtain within 6 months)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (must obtain within 6 months)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (must obtain within 6 months) EEOC Statement:
