Thank you for your interest!Overview:Synergy Rehab Solutions is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedic position at Alliance Therapy Chiropractic in Rock Springs, WY.Full-time availability is preferred. 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 30+ hours of availability per week will also be considered.Caseload:The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses. The clinic primarily focuses on general orthopedics. The patient population is all ages. Specialty niches are welcomed and encouraged.The majority of patient care is 1:1, with no double bookings. Treatment sessions are typically 45 minutes. Full-time PTs should expect to treat 8-12 patients in an 8 hour day, with 10 patients per day being the average.Our ideal candidate is passionate, empathic, and a team player. We are seeking a candidate that strives to make a difference in their patients lives. New grads are welcome, and mentorship is available. If hired for this role, the team will ensure that you are fully comfortable.Schedule / Hours:The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7am to 6pm. Friday hours are 7am to 11am.The actual work schedule and hours for this position will be mutually determined based on candidate availability and the clinic needs. Most PTs on staff work 8-9 hour shifts. No weekends or holidays required. Enjoy an excellent work/life balance!Compensation and Benefits:Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary based on experience. A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $75,000 - $80,000. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired. This position also includes an incentive program based on individual performance.Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. Professional development is encouraged and includes reimbursement for CEUs.Job Requirements:Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).Eligible or currently licensed in Wyoming state licensure as a Physical Therapist.New Grad PTs will be considered.
