including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment
used, etc.:Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for owners and
guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an
upbeat, enthusiastic attitude, and thanks all with genuine
appreciation.Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of pool
furniture, pool deck, and tables, throughout the day.Clean and tidy
the locker rooms and workout areaBring issues such as equipment or
fixtures in need of repair to the attention of the Supervisor or
ManagerWatches weather patterns throughout the day, and carries out
pool closures when necessaryEnsure towels are checked, stocked, and
sent for cleaning during your shift.Light laundry dutiesDaily
operational set up of pool area for opening and closing, inside and
outside.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with
others.Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well
as any regulatory requirementsOther duties, as assigned Minimum
skills, experience, and education required for this job:Previous
guest service experience preferredAdhere to all safety policiesWork
independently, have a happy attitudeBasic computer equipment and
keyboard usage preferredInteract and maintain positive
relationships with guests, co-workers, and management consistent
with SSRC's Service Excellence standards Physical Requirements:Must
be minimum 18 years of ageLift up to 50 lbs in order to move
fitness equipmentMust stand for long periods of time and walk 1-2
miles/shiftMust fold towels (repetitive motion) and operate washers
and dryers, after instructedClearly communicate (verbally and
written) in English Miscellaneous information:This is an hourly
non-exempt position and is subject to overtime payMust have a
flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidaysShifts
available are 7:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 10pm, shift times may
vary and are flexibleWorking in the Health Club could give employee
access to gym during off hoursAll Steamboat Ski & Resort
Corporation employees are required to follow adapting COVID
policies and guidelines. The base hourly pay range below represents
the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation
hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be
above or below the range based on various factors including but not
limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system,
quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular
and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of
Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for
employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term
incentives and many region-specific benefits. Steamboat area base
