Family Practice-Without OB opening in Craig, Colorado. Craig, CO : Family Medicine Physician Need- Full timePosition:- Join a group with one physician and one advanced practice provider- Full time Monday-Friday 8am-2pm = 36 patient hours per week+4 hours admin- 15-18 patients daily/ 70-80 patients per week from a Patient panel of 1,800- Work-life balance in a 1:17 rotation; after-hours call is strictly by phone.- Care-team model with RN and clinical MAs that help with in basket support- Behavioral Health specialist on site 1 day a month- You will join a financially stable organization with a steadfast commitment to primary care with a fully renovated office- Leadership path options (additional hourly rate) - Oversee PA's, teach, and supervise- Transitional housing available- You have the option to live in Steamboat and use the hospital-provided shuttle to Craig that has Wi-Fi- MUST BE: FP/IM+ Board Certified and comfortable with all agesOffering:- Retirement program encompassing a basic pension plan, 401(a) investment account, 403(b) matching account and a 457(b) deferred compensation savings plan.- Offerings include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage.- 29 days PTO- CME allowance- 5k + 5 days- Base Pay + Incentives discussed during Interview processLocation: Craig, COIn Craig, Colorado, you'll enjoy wide open spaces and smaller town living with city conveniences.
