Job Description:

Perm Family Medicine Physician needed in Northwest Colorado.

Start ASAP
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (36 patient contact hours) + call (1:6)
Adult and Geriatric patients and some peds, not a huge pediatric population
1 Physicians in practice; 1 APP
15-20 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Must be BC or TBE
90 day credentialing timeframe
Underserved rural community, 45 mins from Steamboat Springs. Outpatient clinic.
Lab draw on site, x-ray at hospital in town or Steamboat
