Job Description:

Full-time Acute Care Services Nurse Manager needed at a top facility in Utah!(Reference Code: KAM) This role provides general oversight of the Medical-Surgical (Acute) floor, and skilled program. This position also provides day-to-day supervision of the Medical-Surgical unit. Many responsibilities will focus on the management of, scheduling, and oversight for Med/Surge staffing (30-40 employees), including CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and case managers. This position is expected to work closely with other Nurse and Department Managers to help ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. Qualifications:* RN license in the State of Utah or compact state* Minimum two years general medical-surgical nursing experience* Ability to build, maintain, and lead a cohesive work unit in a positive and effective manner* Prior experience and high level of comfort with electronic health record* BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification* Supervisory experience and/or leadership roles in a medical setting, strongly preferred Offering great pay and benefits including insurance, retirement, ongoing education, and more!For more information, please submit your resume for review or email it to me directly: katherine@ka-recruiting.com
