Full-time Urgent Care Nurse Manager needed at a top facility in Utah!(Reference Code: KAM) This role provides general oversight for Urgent Care. Responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of the urgent care; implementation, tracking and monitoring of performance improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives and ensuring and maintaining competencies of staff members. Many responsibilities will focus on scheduling and management of the department (10-12 staff members), as well as budgeting and collaboration with UC providers. This position is expected to work closely with other department managers to help ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a passion for clear communication and employee-led problem solving who believes in working along-side staff members. Individuals with excellent self-management who enjoy autonomy will thrive in this roll. Qualifications:* Utah RN license (or compact state) and graduate of an accredited nursing school.* At least 1 year prior experience as an RN with acute care nursing experience.* Build, maintain, and lead a cohesive department in a positive and effective manner.* Provide effective employee evaluations, disciplinary responses, trainings, orientations, and other staff development needs.* BLS certification required.* Able and willing to provide monthly and annual financial oversight and planning.* Provide oversight for departmental inventories, equipment, and paperwork.* Able and willing to work shifts in the Urgent Care to provide direct patient care.* Actively participate in and drive outcomes related to departmental performance improvement initiatives.
