Job Description:

United Site Services, Inc., a premier provider of portable sanitation and site solutions across the U.S., seeks a motivated and skilled Supervisor Field Ops to oversee daily field operations within our Facilities and Maintenance division. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, top-notch client service, and maintaining the high standards of safety and compliance expected in our industry. The successful candidate will manage a team dedicated to setting up, maintaining, and removing portable sanitation units, restroom trailers, and temporary fencing at various sites. Oversee daily field operations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and meets regulatory standards. Manage the deployment, installation, and removal of temporary facilities across various locations. Coordinate logistics and site solutions, focusing on maximizing efficiency and adherence to customer specifications. Lead, train, and mentor field staff to ensure high levels of teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence. Maintain safety standards across all field operations and ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations. Handle operational troubleshooting, resolve client issues promptly, and maintain quality service. Prepare and review field operation reports and analytics to monitor performance and implement improvements.
